A quick service restaurant chain is evaluating forms of automation to bring into their business. The goal is of automation is straightforward:

1. Allow the current staffing levels to produce more product per hour by automating some tasks to reduce or simplify their work load
2. The automation must have a business case and have crew member and consumer acceptance

We’re open to considering potential automation solutions as a part of this transformation. At the moment, we’re evaluating

– Equipment-level Automation
– Fast food restaurant automation (via Robotic Process Automation, Digital Kiosks, App based ordering, etc)
